Our responsibilities included assessment of Contractors Claims; providing Engineer’s Sub-Clause 20.1 claim approval / disapproval responses; Quantum Analysis of approved Contractor’s Claims; management of Contractor’s Variation account; managing package Quantity Surveyor’s Reports for all Variations for Employer approval and management of Monthly Interim Payment Certificate process including CPA (Escalation) formulae, deductions of Sectional Delay Damages and assessment of Contract works and variation works carried out.
