Operating as Construction Manager’s M&E Package Commercial Manager for the £13.0M M&E package on a
major refurbishment project.

​

Taking up responsibilities on a live project, our responsibilities included all post-contract Commercial management including assessment of Contractor’s monthly applications for payment and certificates, implementation of variation pricing guidelines and subsequent use in agreement of variations, managing variation account including instigating and managing a planned recovery programme to agree variations not agreed and management and evaluation of Contractor’s Loss and Expense claims.
