We provided Commercial Lead and Quantity Surveying services from Tender to Final Account including Commercial assessment of enquiry documentation, involvement in 2 stage tender analysis and negotiations, agreement of contract terms and conditions with Main Contractor, developing bespoke Sub-Contract terms and conditions for use with supply chain, management of upstream and downstream variation accounts to conclusion and management of internal company expectations of three owners/Parent Companies through a Sale, subsequent administration and re-sale during the lifetime of the project, with a profitable result.
